Kelly Lovitt Reddell
A partner in the firm, Kelly Lovitt Reddell focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury and insurance bad faith. Ms. Lovitt Reddell is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Dallas and Texas State Bar Associations. She is an Associate of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

Ms. Lovitt Reddell received her B.A. from Belmont College in Nashville and her J.D. from the SMU School of Law, where she was honored with the A.J. Thomas Award for Outstanding Service and Contribution to the Law School Community in 1989. In 2004, she was asked to serve as an Adjunct Faculty member at SMU's Dedman Law School, teaching Trial Advocacy. In addition to her outstanding legal background, Ms. Lovitt Reddell is fluent in Spanish, enabling her to work directly with clients who may not be fluent in English. As a speaker, she has been called on to address legal topics for the Baylor University Medical Center, Group One Services, John Peter Smith Hospital, the National Business Institute, the Seton Healthcare Network, the SMU School of Law, the Texas Association of Nurses, the Texas Medical Auditors Association and other industry groups.

She was selected in 2005 to be the Head Coach for the SMU Undergraduate Mock Trial Team. In their first year of competition, the team won numerous awards and achieved national ranking in the top ten of their division.

In 2000, Martindale-Hubbell, a leading legal directory with more than 900,000 listings, awarded Ms. Lovitt Reddell its highest rating (AV). Honors from other sources include recognition in 2005 as a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer.
